Oakbrook Academy instructors are not responsible for scheduling make-up times if a student cancels his/her lesson. Each teacher will do one group make-up at the end of each semester for any students who have missed a lesson during that semester.
No refunds will be given for lessons missed by the student, except in cases of more than two consecutive weeks of absence which are agreed upon by prior arrangement with one of the directors.
In the case of teacher absence, the teacher will schedule make-up lesson.
